Prior to Equi-Force, Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center depended on an intricate set of Excel worksheets to coordinate and run its daily operations. Equi-Force has allowed simultaneous use by multiple users (with variable access privileges by user), management of data and reporting across multiple departments, and real-time data visibility and scheduling throughout the organization. Truly a game-changer! With first-hand experience in the industry, Erin understood our needs and worked closely with us to customize the system for our center. Throughout the entire process – researching different systems, with set-up and training, and afterward, as we continue to familiarize ourselves with the system – she has been prompt and knowledgeable in answering our questions. Equi-Force has and will continue to, make us more efficient than ever and we thank Erin for all she has done to make this system work for Little Bit!
